Divine Legacy Collective

Where Therapists Come to Renew, Restore,
and Remember Why They Started

Our Mission

If you’re a therapist who feels exhausted, stretched thin, or quietly wondering how long you can keep giving at this pace, you’re not alone.

You care deeply about your clients. You show up, you hold space, you do the work. But somewhere along the way, your own needs started coming last, and the work that once lit you up may now feel heavy, draining, or unsustainable.

Divine Legacy Collective was created for therapists like you.
As clinicians with nearly 50 years of combined experience in this work, we recognized a deep gap in the field, not in technique, but in self-preservation. Over the years, we at Divine Legacy Collective have learned, practiced, and lived the very tools that allow us to care for ourselves, regulate our nervous systems, and stay deeply connected to this work without burning out. We have dedicated countless hours to advanced training far beyond required continuing education to deeply understand the mind body spirit connection and how to not only integrate this work into our sessions, but also how to sustain ourselves. We created Divine Legacy Collective to pass these tools on to you.

We believe you should not have to choose between loving your work and having a life that feels full, grounded, and alive. You deserve more than just getting through the week. You deserve a career that nourishes you, not one that slowly wears you down.

At our retreats and trainings, you will not just sit and listen to more information. You will move, breathe, slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself right alongside us. You will learn simple, practical ways to calm your nervous system, release stress from your body, quiet your mind, and create daily rhythms that actually support you in real life.

This work is about self -preservation. It is about helping you build the kind of inner and outer support that allows you to stay in this profession for the long haul with more energy, more clarity, and more joy. It is about helping you remember why you chose this path in the first place and giving you tools to keep that fire alive throughout your career.

Most professional trainings focus on how to care for others. We exist to help you learn how to care for yourself so you can keep showing up as the therapist, healer, and human you want to be without losing yourself in the process.

This is the legacy we are here to build. Therapists who are supported, grounded, and resourced, not just surviving, but truly thriving.

The Founders of Divine Legacy Collective

Pam Nelson, LPC, TIYT

Co-Founder of Divine Legacy Collective

Pam is a Certified EMDR, Somatic Parts Work, Exposure & Response Prevention, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist. She specializes in helping anxious adult survivors of childhood trauma along with those who struggle with OCD at her private therapy practice and trauma-informed yoga studio in Tulsa. Along with individual therapy, Pam offers Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy classes, an on-demand trauma-informed yoga video website, and an online childhood trauma reparenting self-study. Pam lives a simple life and is quite “thrifty” so she can afford to follow her other passion — exploring the world! So far her world travel map has pins on Mexico, Peru, Jamaica, France, Thailand, and Indonesia. Her future travel list is a mile long, and she is determined to stay fit and healthy so she can see everything her heart desires and connect with people all over the world. Learning about other cultures is fascinating to Pam. When she is not on a world adventure, you can find her cozied up at home with her partner, David, and her 13-year-old golden doodle rescue.

Lindsay Benson, LPC

Co-Founder of Divine Legacy Collective

Lindsay is a Certified EMDR therapist with extensive training in Transpersonal Psychology, Energy Psychology, Somatic Parts Work, Jungian Psychology, Reiki, Healing Remembered, Emotion Code and Body Code. In her Tulsa-based private practice, she works with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, shame, self-judgment, and disconnection, offering holistic, energy-centered care that supports healing from the inside out. Lindsay is especially passionate about working with other therapists and healers. Lindsay loves to laugh and feels most restored in simple, quiet moments—wrapped in a cozy blanket, walking a trail, dancing, or sitting in meditation. An animal lover at heart who deeply values time with her family, she believes some of the most healing moments happen in nature and in stillness.

YOU DON'T NEED TO LEARN YET ANOTHER THERAPY MODALITY. YOU NEED TO LEARN TO SAVE YOURSELF.
